The end result was me walking around outside, bearfoot and wearing a t-shirt, in the middle of october just to calm the hell down. The sad thing was, it wasn't even anything important I was angry about, just lack of sleep compiled with a mountain of frustration. Speaking of the lack of sleep, I'm now on an adrenaline rush now. so I probably won't fall asleep for another 2 hours

You were wearing more than just the t-shirt, yes?

You were wearing more than just the t-shirt, yes? I was also wearing cargo pants... or was I?

Hey, I know what you mean. I've had moments where I've just sort of snapped with anger like that. Last time was early this year and I ended up packing up all my favorite belongings, getting in my car, getting on the freeway and just driving. I was heading in a direction I'd never been before (I'm still relatively new to this town) and had no idea how long I planned to drive or where I was headed. I ended up stopping 45 minutes later when I came across a small town with a river. I got out, put my iPod on and just walked as far down the river as I could until I got to a dead end.
The reason I was so pissed?
The person who lived below me was playing their music really loud.
So... Yeah. I understand where you're coming from for sure. It was something ridiculous that set me off and I just snapped and needed to do something insane in order to be sane.

We go through all sorts of anger problems, we just learn from them. When we get better, we had no idea what we were doing or gone through.

I headbutted the bathroom mirror and broke it once, that's the craziest I can remember though.

This thread lets me know real quickly that I simply do not have anger issues.

You know what I do when I get angry?
Get drunk, text at a high speed(Usually to the same person over & over) & then throw things at my window blinds.
Fun times!

I definately would've done this myself a few times over the last few months if I still owned my own car....

Most of the time I try to sleep off my anger. I almost lost it the day after Christmas last year. My stuck up aunt called my at nine in the morning to lecture me about gift giving. I hung up on my aunt part way into her lecture, then I just stood in my mom's room shaking and clenching my teeth. I think I scared my mom.
