Who the hell thought that having a commercial of a bunch of annoying assholes crunching and chomping their Kit-Kat's would make anyone else want one?
My BIGGEST pet peeve is people who are loud when they eat...and those commercials are the worst.

I find it hilarious that they think the jingle is recognizable enough that people would be able to tell immediately that it was being used in these new commercials.
I mean, come on. They didn't use that jingle for...what, 10 years before these new commercials started airing.

Hell I haven't seen the ad, and just reading the words Kit-Kat and jingle, and it's stuck in my head now.

Huh. Maybe I'm wrong here.
It took me a few times of listening to the first one to realize it was playing the jingle and not just a random assortment of noise over people getting Kit-Kats out of a vending machine that only carries Kit-Kats.
...because those are just everywhere, right?

Those commercials are the worst. I usually find myself yelling "You can eat Kit-Kats arrhythmically!" at the TV.

yes,
Gimme a break gimme a break break me off a piece of that kit kat bar.
got a chocolate cripsy taste that's going to make your day. that's why wherever you go you hear the people say.
Gimme a break gimme a break break me off a piece of that kit kat bar.
though for the new commercials they only use the refrain.
