www.wwe.com/superstars/wwealumni/chrisjericho/I thought he was just taking a break to tour and whatnot, now he's part of the WWE alumni...did I miss something? "On Raw on Sept. 27, Jericho was punted in the head by Randy Orton and stretchered from the arena. The loudmouth has not been seen in a WWE ring since this brutal incident, but don't be surprised if Jericho makes another thrilling return some day soon."

Yeah, contract ended early Oct. He's thought to be back for Mania though.

If he's back at Mania, I wouldn't mind seeing him vs. Orton again at Wrestlemania.

I think he'll be back. I'd put my money on around Rumble time.

He's Chris Jericho and he's smart enough to take time for himself when the oppurtunity presents itself to get a break from wrestling.
And, he knows how much he is worth to WWE. He'll be back soon enough. I don't anticipate next year however.

He'll be back quicker than the last go-around.

Left to go tour with Fozzy didn't he?
I guess he'll be back when that's done and he's taken a little break afterwards.

Jericho just owns all. Great wrestler. I like that he can just yo-yo from wrestler to game host to singer to twitter extraordinaire.

I love it when we actually don't know what will happen. Maybe he'll be back next week, maybe at Mania, maybe for the Rumble, maybe he'll show up in the Impact Zone, maybe he'll wrestle a match or two for ROH, or maybe he'll never wrestle again.
The fact that it's unpredictable is good, imo.

Jericho is just the greatest, really hope he's back soon. I'm certain it won't be like last time. I think he just wanted a break to tour and recharge a bit, whereas last time I think he genuinely lost his spark for the business (I think he mentions it on his DVD).

I imagine these breaks are one large reason why he has never been sidelined with an injury. Smart man.

He's said before that he wouldn't be done anytime soon, so I imagine he'll be back early-to-mid next year.
