I still can't believe the crowd cheered that to Cena; it was so bizarre that it could have won the royal rumble. It was so cheesy yet so appropriate.

It was probably the best non-smarky chant I ever heard. Really sweet and hopeful. You almost expect the Grinch's heart to grow 3 sizes and then he starts AA-ing people, or something.

At first, I though they were simply chanting "Nexus sucks" or whatever. But now that I know, the actual chants, I like 'em.

I liked it. I liked it a lot. I thought it was a unique chant that really fit the situation.

I thought it was an awesome chant. They were in Wichita, right? Either that city has history of producing hot crowds or the fans were fully into the storyline and it made them a hot crowd to come up with such a cheer.

I've never heard ANY crowd chant that before, and it can't be a complete coincidence that they just started chanting that on the same night as a (arguably) fresh and big storyline finally involving Cena occurs.

As I heard the chant, my heart broke knowing the WWE would not disappoint these fans and continue to give them hope until the day that, yes, John Cena will overcome the Nexus.

It just goes to show that if WWE produces an interesting and fresh storyline/product the fans will fully emerse themselves into it. Then they will most likely tune in and order PPV's, increasing ratings and buyrates, to see the story develope. Hopefully we will see the same crowd reaction at every city as this storyline continues.

I think for the first time in years, the entire crowd was 100% behind Cena that night, and keep in mind there were some smarks in attendance. So for Cena to get the amount of positive support that he got Monday night just goes to show what a little change of direction to an otherwise beyond stale character can do.

It was awesome. They really made that moment special, I hope they incorporate that chant into video montages as the feud continues to develop because that kind of participation needs recognition. Really great stuff.

It was amazing that they could chant something other than a wrestler's name, you suck, or what for once.

Barrett's reaction to the second "You suck" chant was awesome last night.

Totally spontaneous chant, and cena never used it in a promo besides in pre i quit match promos
really cool to see him walk away to that chant like the fans want him to keep his head up

Totally spontaneous chant, and cena never used it in a promo besides in pre i quit match promos It's also on the front of the purple shirt he continues to wear despite being in Nexus. Either way, I too thought the chant was really sweet, and made me hopeful that the business isn't always cynical these days, and WWE is still capable of producing stories fans will willingly and completely immerse themselves in.

It was actually pretty awesome because it was spontaneous, and fan created; I'm not even a big Cena guy, but that made me mark a lil bit.
Plus, stuff like that again proves pretty demonstrably WHY the guy is the flagship of the company these days.
A cool lil moment.

Exhibit A on why a Cena heel turn would be awful.

That chant actually made me proud to be a native of Wichita, Kansas.
