Its just getting a moves name over. A fraction of the WWE's audience hears the name "Black Hole Slam" and thinks they are ripping Abyss off. If anything, kids might tune into TNA and wonder why Abyss uses one of Wade Barrett's moves.

It is sort of like how the Twist of Fate will always be called that no matter where it is used. It is a highlight move that has a great signature name. I don't see a problem with it. for that matter, Kaval's finisher is still called the Warrior's Way, the last name that TNA used for it. That's kind of to be expected more-so because Kaval is there. Abyss isn't and never has been. I don't have a problem with them using it, I just wouldn't expect to hear something associated with a TNA product in a WWE event. Save for the former E workers, of course.
