On another forum I've heard rumours that he's been resigned - I really hope that will turn out to be the case, I love me some Valbowski, and think he'd quite likely make a great trainer. He'd be a good guy if Tough Enough does make a return.
Don't think I've ever posted a thread with TWO unconfirmed rumours.

I think Tough Enough's been confirmed. As for Val, sure, why not? Always liked the guy, but they never seemed to give him anything to do. And the one time he finally seemed to be going somewhere with the Chief Morley thing they just abruptly switched him back to Val Venis.
Reminds me, how the hell was a name change needed for him to enter that Intercontinental title battle royal, but Booker T who had never held the belt in the first place got in?

I've always liked Val, and don't want my last memory of him to be of that horrible TNA run, so why not.

Hell yeah, although if he were to appear on TV, surely he needs a gimmick change?

Hell yeah, although if he were to appear on TV, surely he needs a gimmick change? Just make him a Ladies' Man. It's similar but still PG.

Hell yeah, although if he were to appear on TV, surely he needs a gimmick change? Not really. You can use the words "Porn Star" on TV PG (How I Met Your Mother, for example). It's not like it's rated G. You just wouldn't show it. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TV_Parental_GuidelinesYou can see what's allowed in each rating system there.

Val is a pretty cool guy. S'long as he isn't put on the actual wrestling roster, I'm perfectly fine with it.
Watching the olden days, he was a heel that I really despised. When him and Terri Runnels were "having sex" and she cheated on Goldust. Ah, the times.
So he did his job right. But I always enjoyed Val, so it'd be cool to see him back in that form of role. To help train people. I'm sure he'd be better than Bob Holly.

Good idea. The guy is solid in the ring and clear headed out of the ring.

It's starting to hit the news site now as well.
No word on if it's as a wrestler sports-entertainer or agent producer.

if hes coming back as a wrestler, dude needs to hit the tanning bed and gym. just saw him a few weeks ago and theres a lot he can improve on, look wise.

Val can make anyone look good in the ring, and he'd be an excellent trainer.

I like Val, he's a good worker but with the roster how it is, with all the good young guys waiting for a push do we really need a relic from the Attitude Era?
Plus he must be getting on in years now?

I'd rather him look more natural for his age than look like Hulk Hogan. Working out is fine, but don't EVER go to a tanning bed if you are over 30. Use a new technology called The Sun.

If he faces Primo, it'll be the only one-on-one match in history where both guys manage to job.
