It isn't catering to us 100%. It should be catering to the majority, and the MAJORITY say... TNA sucked last Thursday. Go figure. The majority of the internet fans may say that. But that's not all fans. The last Impact had the highest rating since January 4th. Are you saying everyone chose to watch a show they hated? It had a great rating because of the BFG fallout and everyone wanting to see who THEY were and the explanation behind it. Not because the show was good.

IF TNA can keep up the good ratings, than we'll see.
Just like January 4th, fans wanted to see. Back than, it was for Hogan, and guess what happened...
IT WENT BACK DOWN. And than 10 months later, it's back up again? Oooh, go TNA! TNA! TNA! Their so freakin' fantastic!
I highly doubt they'll keep it up. Like last time.

What I said in the thread in the WWE section, I only get upset when a promotion prevents me from seeing wrestlers I enjoy in action.
This is what TNA does.

Eric Bischoff and Vince Russo apparently believe that if you want to see a pro wrestling program with creative yet logical storylines, new young talents gradually elevated to the main event level, and a focused storyline direction then you're "taking wrestling too seriously."
It's this attitude that gives people like Bischoff and Russo free rein to rehash old feuds from the 1990s, build a main event scene around WWE and WCW alumni, devalue every championship they have, and abruptly 'reset' the company at least twice in less than a year.
By this logic, other non-wrestling TV programs shouldn't strive to keep internal logic and consistency, create and develop new characters, or pursue exciting and emotionally fulfilling storylines because then they are 'taking things too seriously.'
It's as if they think people only watch TV programs for background noise and immediately forget about them after the show ends.
That record-setting rating for the M*A*S*H series finale? That only happened due to a remarkable coincidence, since no one had ever cared about any of the two-dimensional characters on that show.

Sometimes, wrestling fans need to vent, but we also need to appreciate it more.

Uhhh when did they ever say that?

Have you seen how seriously people take football? That doesn't even have plots.

Have you seen how seriously people take football? That doesn't even have plots. In fairness, people gamble on football. I hope people don't gamble on wrestling nowdays.

At times people definitely take it way too seriously, such as when they go absolutely crazy when their favourites lose a match or aren't in the main event and nitpick things to such an enormous degree where you wonder why they bother watching anymore but like any TV show, people expect a good, entertaining and logical show so people are entitled to praise or criticise what they want.
