I was digging the HHH before the reformation of DX. King of Kings was awesome.

It's refreshing to see him being sarcastic and funny again. I was sick to death of "the game/cebreal assassin/king of kings" monster heel crap. He's a really funny guy and it's good to see that again.

As long as he's entertaining I don't care.

Jobber to Alex Wright. If you're going to job to anything, jobbing to the Alex dance is the way to do it.

I like HHH either way, but I do prefer Cerebral Assassin HHH.

Cerebral Assasin Triple H was getting *slightly* stale, especially without a good counterpart, so I think a change of pace was much needed.
D-X Triple H is entertaining, but I doubt it can last too long (WWE plans notwithstanding).
He'll be back to his old persona quite soon, but I hope he'll keep a bit of that witty/goofy edge he's showing now.
I've had enough 110% focused badass HHH in the last 3 years...

Everybody knows Kelly is just Triple H in disguise. Just a way to hold down WWECW in secrecy. See, I have proof!

I find DX trips entertaining, but HHH is such a great heel. The attitude, the promos (remember one raw where he brought a chair to the ring and sat down to give a promo about how great he was? That's so heelish) and of course his evil schemes.
DX trips does give him a chance to display his sense of humour, so it is refreshing. But I had to vote for the cerebral assassin. When the inevitable HHH heel turn comes I will certainly mark out.

I like all the different Triple H personas the guy has been offering us over the years. I think I preferred his 2002 face persona when he was "The Cerebral Assasin", but at the same time could crack jokes. And yeah, his "King of Kings" angry persona was getting a little bit boring IMO and it's nice to see him have a good time and actually be smiling and laughing for the first time in a *long* time.

^I agree. I think Trips can be a hell of an entertainer when he wants to be. But angry-for-no-reason Trips was getting really boring.

Trips needs to stay out of the main event for a good year or so until I'd really want to see him anywhere near it again. Blegh. Especially as a heel. Double blegh.

I dunno, HHH hasn't genuinely annoyed me since 2004. In '02, I wasn't buying him as a face, in '03 he bored me like no other wrestler, but in '04 as RAW bounced back, so did HHH.
As a heel, his promos can be either highly entertaining, or a great subsitute for NyQuil. I was enjoying the King Of Kings stuff, but he needed of a change of pace.

I agree, but I do dig his sense of humor, and I like DX Tripsy. I'll be sad when he reunites with Sledgy to "destroy" Shawn for the umpteenth time. THAT HHH is staler than three week old open Cheetos.
