After watching a total of three Mr. Kennedy matches, I think I can honestly say he is pound-for-pound the worst wrestler I have ever watched on national television. Yes, I believe I could do better with half the training he's probably had -- not that it shows.
Poor, poor Super Crazy.

Stay tuned. There's a great Khali match next. You'll soon have to change that to "second worst wrestler".

Stay tuned. There's a great Khali match next. That makes it looks like there's a great match with Khali in it.

Why do people like Andre the Giant but not Great Khali? I wasn't around for the Andre era but I don't see much difference from what I have seen.

He could do a dropkick in the 70s.

Yeah, Andre in the 70s was more like say... Viscera today, somewhat agile. Except he was made out to be the biggest threat ever, as opposed to a really horny jobber.

Why do people like Andre the Giant but not Great Khali? I wasn't around for the Andre era but I don't see much difference from what I have seen. Andre would do well speaking the king's english compared to khali. Lets compare.. Andre was loved and wrestled for what appears to be almost two decades...khali...not much to be loved for, maybe killing the undertaker gained him love if people hate the undertaker andre/hogan...what can khali do that compares to that? andre was an awesome heel. I mean, when he laughed and if you were next to him, he could probably scare you with that evil grin and all those teeth. Khali could be good, but are you willing to bet money on that? khali is in an era where big guys are always pushed...andre was just naturally strong, and stood out. The "IWC" or whatever the hell people call it as you know doesn't like that.

I thought it sucked and it was mostly Kennedy's fault. Although Super Crazy seemed to be throwing the worst punches I've ever seen.

But Kennedy must be a great wrestler! He yells his name in a funny way! Push him to the main event!

I didn't think the Kennedy/Super Crazy match was so bad, but then I am a Kennedy mark glad just to see him back. Didn't like so many chinlock-y restholds, but it was pretty stiff.

It's hard to have a good match when you pit a rock 'n' wrestler against a luchadore. Super Crazy is one of the better wrestlers in WWE, but sometimes not even someone with his skill can carry a P.O.S. like Kennedy.

Points:
-Andre in the 70's was quite agile. Much more agile than Viscera on his best day. I saw a clip of him chasing Heenan around and Heenan was FLYING to get away from him. When he got even bigger and thus more immobile, he used his massive girth and lack of speed as an advantage. If he caught you, you were dead. Plus, his look and accent contributed to the notion that he was an actual, factual GIANT, not just a really big guy like Khali or Show. Plus, his deterioration was the direct result of his condition, not the fact that he got fat and/or just sucked. It'd be like saying Lou Gehrig's last couple years weren't up to snuff.
-Super Crazy seemed to be getting over quite well. Why job him out? Is it because he was getting over on in-ring work and not "character"? Bah.
-Ah, Kennedy. When he debuted and all the love showered upon him, I didn't get it. I still don't, and it seems people are starting to catch up. He's the post-Attitude Road Dogg, with far less charisma.

Dothebird, you beat me to it on the Andre point.
Andre, in his prime (early to mid 70's) had tremendous agility for a guy his size. There's an old match of Andre vs the original Sheik from, I believe, Detroit in like '73 on youtube. If you didn't know it was Andre ahead of time, and had only ever seen WM 3, you'd have no clue who it was. He was actually freaking nimble for as gigantic as he was. Bonus, as it was one of Andre's only losses in the 70's.

Andre was very agile in the 70s, he did some top rope bits and drop kicks... Kali hardly moves, I honestly think Giant Gonzolez was a better wrestler than Kali... but if you want an agile big guy... look at king kong bundy... he almost floated across the ring he seemed to just glide sometimes...
Kennedy... hey if you can get over by saying your name real loud and streched out then hey by all means do it... I am personally a fan until the end of the second Kennnnaaaaaddddaaaahhhyyy... the the match starts and I channel surf for 3 minutes... and if I am lucky I come back just in time to hear his final keeeeennnnaaaahhhhdddddyyyy...

Wait until Magneto reads this. He won't care. This thread is saying that Kennedy sucks, not Super Crazy. magneto will only be pissed if you say something about The Rock, Mickie James, The Rock, Mickie James, Super Crazy, Mickie James, The Rock, Mickie James, The Rock, Mickie James, Lashley, The Rock, or Mickie James.
