Their #19 and #21 are in my Top Ten, but so is their #1.
And even though I like Drake, #7's a bit high.

Iron Maiden's Final Frontier is not there, but a Kid Rock album is? Ok then.

And even though I like Drake, #7's a bit high. This, especially since it outranked Eminem's "Recovery" album, which spent like 8 or so solid weeks at #1. LOLWUT?

This, especially since it outranked Eminem's "Recovery" album, which spent like 8 or so solid weeks at #1. LOLWUT? Yup. Lists are totally based on record sales, and not what the editors think. Even without great record sales, Recovery is just a better album than Thank Me Later. And even if Recovery was #1 on that list, I still think Thank Me Later is ranked a bit too high. I like Drake, and I wish him nothing but the best, but I don't think his album deserves to be ranked that high. I know it's the editors choices, I just don't agree with some of their choices.

Thanks for posting this Widow. I am actually quite pleased some of those albums were recognized on that list. But I am also highly disappointed that my own favorite album of the year 2010 isn't on there.

Haven't heard Kanye's new album yet, but if what basically everyone's said is true it totally justifies the #1, and I'm sure it does. Personally speaking, my favorite 2010 releases that I've thus far heard are Japanese, and wouldn't have a chance in hell of appearing here, but, still...Kid Rock, Rick Ross, and MCR (whose new album just isn't good, in my opinion) are on this list and Cee-Lo Green, Bruno Mars and Kid Cudi aren't? It almost warrants a facepalm pic. Surprised Springsteen's not #1. On the other hand, they have Robyn, The Roots, Superchunk, and Big Boi, those four artists' albums are all excellent as well. Also, there's no business yet in there being a top anything yet for 2010 while Ghostface Killah's new album's yet to drop.

Kudos to Kanye's album at #1, where it belongs, also happy to see The Roots be recognized. My #2 isn't anywhere to be seen, but I wasn't expecting it to be.
