Keep the updates going, please. I'm semi-interested in this, even though I get pissed each year at who wins haha. Cee-Lo better win song of the year!

Keep the updates going, please. I'm semi-interested in this, even though I get pissed each year at who wins haha. I feel the same way. The Grammys almost never reflect my taste in music, but I still like to bitch about who wins. ;D Album of the Year nominees surprisingly are without a "geezer nom" this year. Katy Perry getting a nomination is a bit of a shock. I kind of expected Arcade Fire to get the token "indie cred" nomination this year.

Seems like a bit of a joke to see "Recovery" nominated for album of the year, as I thought it was a lot weaker than "Relapse". But oh well. I'm thinking more about how many awards Kanye is going to win for his latest album. If he doesn't get album of the year, I'm going to riot!
...a year from now haha

Glad to see Mumford And Sons got a nomination. I don't expect them to win but I would find it cool if they did.

I really hope Mumford and Son win best new artist. They're album is fantastic, honestly one of the best I've listened to this year. I also hope Cee Lo Green wins record of the year. He deserves it. Which means, he won't win.

This might be a dumb question, but what the hell is the difference in category between Song and Record of the year?

This might be a dumb question, but what the hell is the difference in category between Song and Record of the year? All I know is that one is awarded to the artist, the other to the people who wrote it. EDIT: Checked wiki. "Song" goes to artist and production team. "Record" goes to the composers. Still don't know what the criteria is for each one.
