Favre is doing this so he's seen as a Warrior (Playing hurt) and a Hero (Doing it without AP) E! G! O! E! G! O! E! G! O! EGO!

Huh, guys did you know this is the first time football has been played in cold weather in several decades? At least that is what ESPN is pushing. As a Browns fan I find it freaking hilarious how much emphasis they are putting on this game being played outside. They are selling this thing like the NHL sells the winter classic. Come see football outside the way it used to be played in the stone age! Personally I wish every dome in the league would fall in. FOOTBALL IS AN OUTDOOR GAME PLAY IT OUTDOORS!

Or maybe its beacuse he gives them a better chance to win than Joe Webb and there are Vikings fans who are going to brave these elements to watch a lame duck team in their last home game. Im sure the allure of playing one last monday night game has made Brett want to play and his ego does want to try to leave with one last stellar performance TD Vikings Favre to Harvin

And that is why Farve should have never played for a team in a dome. I figure he will be money in this game given his history of playing in the cold.

Exactly, you can come in and complain about ego all you want, but Favre was dominant in Green Bay for a long time. Joe Webb hasn't been. I'll take Favre in cold weather over an NFL Rookie who hasn't played a game any day.

It would have been funny if Goodell had suspended Farve a minute before kickoff

I meant they treated it like a guy with one arm through the ball 60 yards. I wasn't bashing the TD itself. I was bashing the commetary.

I like how they are making a big deal that this game is being played on a college campus.

Did Jaworski call Favre the Ultimate Warrior earlier?

Yes. Yes he did.
This is going to be a hard game to watch. I'm actually rooting for the Vikings here, but ESPN's fellatio of Favre is going to make listening to it unbearable.
