I got to see Spamalot last night and it was freaking awesome! For those of you who don't know Spamalot is a musical based on Monty Python's The Holy Grail. I had never been to a musical before but WOW! Great experience, I suggest if you have the chance go and see it. For me the star of the show was the Lady of the Lake, that chick can sing and she was damn hot too. They even adlibbed a bit and threw in a few references to the New Orleans Saints (the show was in New Orleans).

It's a great show.
Going to see it again soon. Tad jealous of my brother, who got to see it with fricking Tim Curry performing.

I have a bootleg of the Broadway version with Curry, Hank Azaria and David Hyde Pierce.

My Christmas present a few years ago was a ticket during the West End run. Was in the second row, just a few meters from Tim Curry, which was amazing. Still not sure what my favourite song from it is. Probably a toss-up between "The Song That Goes Like This" and "Find Your Grail". It's a great show all round, definitely in my top 3 musicals, along with Rocky Horror and Evil Dead.

I got to see it with all of the original cast save Hank Azaria, who had Alan Tudyk or however you spell his name subbing. It remains the best overall Broadway experience I've had. I even got autographs at the stage door afterwards, the biggest name I got being David Hyde Pierce; Curry didn't come out that night D:
I'll also take the moment to brag that I did get to see Patrick Stewart perform Macbeth on Broadway, in the closing show of that run no less.

All of you who got to see the original run of the show are bastards (just kidding). I would have loved to see it with those guys in it. Still a great show though. And a Evil Dead musical? Is it still running, how could I see that one?

I got to see it on Broadway twice... it was friggen awesome... the first time I got to see it with everyone but David Hyde Pierce and by the second time Azaria was gone already... but I got to see it with all of them combined <_< >_> ... and stop looking up my dress!
