Maybe Cole and Lawler should watch the Womens Tag Title match to avoid looking like a pair of tools again.

sounds good where is The Million Dollar Belt match though Is that belt defunct though? Ted Dibiase Junior is wearing it so I guess at some point the plan is for him to defend it. I hope. Good episode of Vintage.

I've always wanted to see the series of matches between Gilbert and Tiger Mask (whom I think was Sayama). Glamour Girls and Bomb Angels had some damn good matches. Weird how well they meshed together.

WWE Martial Arts belt? I have no memory of this belt. It was awarded to Inoki by Vince Sr. and was contested in shoot fights. No-one beat Inoki for it during the belts WWF run. (After the split with New Japan in 85, the belt was no longer defended outside of Japan)

Weird how well they meshed together. The Gilbert/Tiger Mask match they showed was pretty damn awesome. Monsoon and Dick Graham were great together putting them both over. Eddie looked really fresh faced too which was surreal to see.

No European, Hardcore, or Light-Heavyweight/Cruiserweight title matches?

They should throw in a 1960's WWWF US Title match, an Intercontinental Tag title match, and a light heavyweight title match from before 1997.

I can't see that guy busting out karate moves.

Throw in the match where Pat Patterson won the IC titlein Brazil. C'mon WWE, we know the truth (technically, the IC title was defunct).

It was never defunct, it was simply part of the WHC for a while.
For that matter, the Euro and Hardcore titles aren't defunct either, they're just part of the IC Title now. Europe is a continent, isn't it. Hardcore isn't, though.

Europe is a continent, isn't it. Hardcore isn't, though. The Intercontinental Title originally represented the North & South American Continent. I tend to agree that the European Belt merged w/ the IC belt. But it could be argued that the Hardcore title is still a part of the WHC.

1)I-C champion Rob Van Dam beat European titlist Jeff Hardy to unify the I-C and European belts, 5/26/02. 2) I-C champion Rob Van Dam beat Hardcore champion Tommy Dreamer to unify the I-C and Hardcore titles, 8/25/02. 3) World Heavyweight Champion Triple H beat I-C champion Kane to unify those two titles, 10/20/02.
-Christian eliminates Booker T from a battle royal to win the re-instated I-C title, 5/18/03.
So there is merit that the WHC/Big Gold Belt is still a continuation of the European and Hardcore title lineage.
