All of them. I have never seen such an unfunny show get so much praise. Pop Culture references and 5th grade potty humor do not make a sitcom. The Simpsons says hi.

That joke where they go to a random cutaway that's not relevant to the plot whatsoever.

From the recent Christmas episode they had the part with Quagmire's niece who has cancer, all I could do was stare and shake my head and end it with a facepalm. So wrong. Then the same episode when they killed the guy and tied up his wife and daughter.....
And from It's A Trap with the nodding scene, Boba Fett fell in the damn hole so we don't get to see him die! That sucked!

Everything involving Handiquacks.
Such a boring side story.

The Vasectomy song. Not offensive, but just long and unfunny. They actually wasted 30 seconds singing about having an office affair with the same tone. I was going to nominate the ending of that episode where Quagmire almost married, when his girlfriend gave her life to Death. Instead of accepting that fact that she took a bullet for them, they were like "Oh, goodie. Well, that takes care of everything." But, this is "Family Guy", so it really shouldn't surprise me.

Most of them beyond the first season or so for me.
One that really sticks out is the entirety of the episode where Peter plays for the Patriots. That episode is just stupid.

Horton hears domestic abuse and the plane crash simulation where the guy goes home to beat his wife suffering from trauma.
Maybe it's growing up with an abusive Father, but those aren't jokes, they're just malicious and vile.

That "joke" about Laura Bush. Even from a non-political viewpoint its not funny, and is one of many reasons i stopped watching.

The Michael J Fox Zorro joke. For some reason I don't get offended by most of the normal bad taste jokes in it but that joke pisses me off. I'm aware it's complete hypocrisy but I can't explain why I feel that way.

I remember watching the stroke episode and thinking how unneccesary the whole thing seemed.

Brian trying to be Quagmire's friend episode. From jokes about domestic abuse to Quagmire becoming totally unlikable, it was bad all over.
Dis-Honorable mention: The Cleveland Show. It's where all the jokes and storylines Seth thinks are too stupid for Family Guy goes to roost.

Yes, Brian's a douche, and all of the things mentioned by Glen are accurate. But this harping is coming from a known rapist. The same rapist a few episodes earlier who has no problem having sex with his own daughter when she turns 18. It's the ultimate pot calling the kettle black.

Conway Twitty. The coup de grace was them playing an entire song of his because they had no material. That was in no way funny, but helped me discover one of country's greatest stars and so I thank Family Guy for that. Personally I just dislike the obligatory offensive jokes they shoehorn into every episode now. It's like, okay, we need a racist joke, an incest joke, a death joke and a pop at a celebrity with a problem they can't help in every episode - GO. Okay, Gene Siskel died because of some brain thing, THAT'S FUNNY, RIGHT? Also, ANY FAMILY GUY PARODY SINCE SERIES FOUR. It's just infuriating. Having your character do it in the exact same way as the original isn't funny. It's the equivalent of MacFarlane showing me his DVD collection and telling me to laugh.

But Quagmire is upfront & actually takes pride in his behavior. Brian is basically a condescending, sanctimonious fake. Brian preaches morality and he has proven to have less than he'd have you believe. But Quagmire wouldn't have such a problem with him if he wasn't such a bore.
