Medium here. I don't want it burned to a crisp, but then I don't want it to moo at me either.

Run it through a hot room and then give it some grill marks and I'm happy.

Medium Rare tastes incredible. Barely the right internal temperature makes a steak taste incredible and keeps it tender.

Medium.
I marinate it for 24-36 hours. I LOVE A1, but the only time I use it is if the steak isn't marinated. I use A1 on both beef and pork, but my absolute favorite is to put it on hash browns. Mmmmmmm.

Used to eat it rare - and on the occasions I have prime rib, I can't eat it any other way - but since I have GI-tract issues, I need it cooked just a little, so medium rare it is.

Due to a rather big overbite I had when I was a kid and crooked teeth, I couldn't chew meat all that well until after I got braces at the age of 12.
When it comes to steaks, I still have problems chewing it properly if it's to rare.
