Madness doing a cover of The Ink Spots. Ends up almost a completely different track. Also, for the sheer randomness, a group of popular performers from the UK have combined under the name "Sons of Admirals" and have released their first EP. The B side? Take a listen, it's a surprising choice once you realise where it's from.

Russian black metal band Grenour recorded a cover of "Take on Me" for their album "The Odour O'Folly." That's usually not my thing, but their version freaking awesome. Sadly, it's not YouTube.
