Hard rock/heavy metal intro theme
Team logos changed to look more "badass".
More fouls/penalties than ever/players playing harder and rougher than ever.
Darker lighting in arenas.
Black basketball with white thunderbolt/skull (football/baseball/puck as well)
Numbered pants instead of jerseys, players are topless to show their physiques.
Would you like your sport to have an Attitude Era?

Most sports teams did in the 90s with the additional black uniform. NBA had one with Allen Iverson as the face of the league in the early 2000s.

The NFL had it when they let players celebrate a touchdown. More guys need to make cellphone calls after touchdowns.

The NBA had an era of this. Remember the Bad Boys from Detroit during the late 80's? Remember Charles Barkley's antics in the 1990s? Remember a time when fights would break out on the court, not just shoving matches? I recall Karl Malone elbowing Isaiah Thomas and him gushing blood like a Ric Flair/Hulk Hogan TNA brawl. There was actually a time in the NBA when players didn't get technical fouls for laughing on the bench or celebrating a block.
In the words of 'Sir Charles', "How can these guys (Toronto) give up 81 points? If he came down the lane for a layup one time, we made sure he thought twice about doing it again."

No, that was MLB's Ruthless Aggression era. The 80's and early 90's were baseball's Attitude era, with the Mets as Austin and the Phillies as the Rock. The Cardinals were Kurt Angle.
