I went to work this morning, and felt intense burning and pain in my back.(which for me is not unusual, I do have 2 bulging discs) So I tell the boss and he says I won't be able to come back to work without a doctor's note or clearance from a doctor. So I go to the doctor and get checked out and he says that I shouldn't be doing the type of work I am doing and says he can't clear me to go to work. So now yet again I am out of work. This time because of pre-existing injuries. I am strongly considering trying to file for disability since this is keeping me from doing any type of physical labor and has caused me to lose a job.

I wonder if unemployment insurance covers that.

I don't know what type of work you do/did but can you get a desk job anywhere? Obviously with two bulging discs,I wouldn't advise lifting heavy stuff. If not,I would definitely look into disability and see what they tell you. Hope it all works out for you.

I think unemployment insurance might cover that
