There are also those two bigger botches I've seen live... Sonny Siaki messing up a moonsault and crushing Alan Funk's (WCW's Kwee-Wee/TNA's Bruce) face in the process, and Daniel Sebastian (young Norwegian high-flier, pretty good at that) almost Hayabusa-ing himself with a Shooting Star Press.
The former was pretty bad as it took Funk out of action for a very long time (and I heard it was quite a gruesome sight from up close, I didn't see it that well), the latter not so much (as Sebastian was okay) but it was still quite frightening when you witnessed it live.

This thread is useless without that botch video....
I also have to go for Benoit breaking Sabu's neck. That's just sick.
More recently, Edge getting dropped on his head was pretty nasty (though nowhere near as bad).

What's even worse than that botch is the last user comment there. What a jackass.

Orton's botched RKO on Jericho. I laughed so hard I broke two ribs and tore an abdominal muscle. Are you Kevin Nash?

Sid's leg breaking and Triple H's pedigree to that one jobber that said jobber completely messed up the sell on.

Hayabusa. It's really upsetting to watch knowing the consequence

Still hoping for one last Hayabuse match! Sigh.. YEARS after the injury he can barely walk. He hobbles with the aid of a cane. He will not wrestle again.

Still hoping for one last Hayabuse match! I'm a huge fan of Hayabusa, but I really wouldn't want to see him in the ring again unless he was 100% And even if he was, I'd be afraid he might get injured again.

When Sid broke his leg, I started laughing because I thought it was some kind of computer generated trick but apparently I was wrong. 1. Does anybody else remember when people on the internet were claiming that the break was in fact faked? TyrC!

Sid's leg is the end all, be all.
I also seem to remember watching a match from the mid 80s with my dad where Paul Orndorff landed wrong from a top rope elbow drop and dislocated his shoulder.

In no particular order:
1) the shooting star press to the outside where the guy doesn't jump forward but just hits the turnbuckle. 2) When TAKA was thrown out of the ring in one of the Royal Rumbles and dislocated his shoulder, and Jerry Lawler couldn't stop laughing and showing replays. I realize he probably wasn;t the one ordering the replays but that pissed me off, Taka was obviously hurt. 3) Lita's almost-literal suicide dive like a week after coming back from neck surgery. 4) Dang it... I can't remember his name.... the black guy that was in the FBI in ECW, he did the jump over the top rope to the outside but caught his legs and landed right on his face, knocking himself cold. Woke up, got back in the ring with this HUUUUUUGE lump on his head. I mean it was like a second head. 5) RVD's 5-star frog splash to Triple H's throat.
Anyone else remember when Mike Awesome got major heat for hitting Spike Dudley's girlfriend with a really vicious lariat, and "knocking her teeth down her f****** throat"? I remember he got huuuuuge heat for that, even though she apparently told him to do it.

Raven hit the Evenflow on one of the Villanos and...and I haven't seen this in years so its a bit fuzzy, extended the man's neck farther than it was supposed to go. That 's the worst botch I can recall.

That 's the worst botch I can recall. How I remember it was, it was Raven and Stevie Richards against the Villanos. Stevie and Raven were trying to do a Dudley Death Drop type move, but they didn't time it right, and the Villano got injured.
