I think Estrada is getting too popular and not just here on the WC boards. This week on RAW the crowd was finishing off his name for him.
He's stealing Umaga's heat.
Carlito went through the same thing a while back and he did something really dastardly to get his heel heat back.
What can Estrada do, as a manager (considering they're already using Umaga to squash anything that gets in his way) to get his heel heat back?

Popluar my foot. The crowd were just singing along because its what he does every week. All this time and he still cannot progress Umaga past the Conway pop. For shame says I!

If the WWE wants to f*** up any chance of him remaining popular, then yes

WWE needs to give Umaga something to do other than squashing jobbers and lower-midcarders. Throw him in a long-term (or even medium-term) feud with someone in the midcard.
