I had their first three records as a much younger man and put them on the ol CD player for a nostalgia trip, and damn, they all sucked balls.
I like some of the bass playing, but Jonathan Davis trying to sound all tough is just laughable. And some of their songs are just atrocious.
Were they always this bad, or am I just an old codger now?

If it honestly wasn't for them, I wouldn't be the music fan I am today, so...yeah. I kind of like them. Sure, their later records suck, but the first 4 albums, they kick ass.

Oh yeah, absolutely terrible. No doubt about it really. BUT...it's okay to like them when you're young and angsty. I know I did. Then you grow up and discover good music.

Aside from a few songs I really found no redeeming value in the albums of theirs I owned.

They were awesome, at first, but then they just completely stagnated as musicians. They haven't grown at all in all the time they've been around.

Korn is one of several bands that I enjoyed as a teenager, but years later had me asking myself, "Why did I ever like these guys?"

Have been since after Issues, in my opinion. They were a pretty good hard rock band in the late nineties, though, definitely a force to be reckoned with.

I like a few songs but the majority are pretty bad.
Saying that, they are a lot of fun live.

...well I still love them. I happen to think their last album is one of the top 5 of all time.

I was a huge Korn fan in my youth, up until Take A Look in the Mirror, which was the last album with Head on it. I stress the word "huge fan", because I eat, slept and breathed them. Knew all their b-sides, and their shirts and all their albums at the time. I still appreciate some of their earlier songs, and both the self-titled album & "Issues" are good, in my opinion. They both feel very genuine. But yeah, they're pretty much a relic of being an angsty teenager, as evidenced by all the f-bombs and how many times Davis interchanges "hate," "blame" and "pain". I think Korn are way better than most of the so-called 'numetal' bands that spawned after them, though. Some of them are so damn bad and were clearly just riding the waves of that genre's immense popularity at the time. There's nothing there for me anymore but nostalgia, but that's fine.

Their old stuff haven't really aged well, apart from a couple of songs.
I still like to jam to "Blind" every now and then though.

I still like them. Granted, I never took them too seriously ("Twist" always makes me laugh), so that might have helped.

I like them. Not my favorite, but I'm a fan. They're also a great live show.

I pretty much stopped listening to them once I graduated high school and never looked back. But I think the first album is still pretty great, in terms of sheer anger and angst.
