I am so happy for the Packers and Aaron Rodgers. I was hoping Ted Thompson would yell Suck it Favre! at the end of the speech but I guess we can't get everything we want. I hope the CBA is sorted soon and we don't have the lockout crap.

So glad to see the Steelers lose. I can't believe I was cheering for the team that basically killed my team's playoff berth, but anyone would be better that Pig Pen and Pittsburgh.
I read somewhere the Packers will be at Raw and/or Smackdown.

The Packers are the first team in NFL history to return an interception for a TD in 3 straight postseason games.
Jordy Nelson(140 receiving yards) broke Max McGee's Packers franchise record for most receiving yards in a Super Bowl(McGee had 138 in Super Bowl I).
The Packers also tied the record for the fewest rushing attempts in a Super Bowl by the winning team(13, tying the Rams in Super Bowl XXXIV).

In other news:
The NFL named Vikings safety Madieu Williams as the Walter Payton Man of the Year.
Falcons owner Arthur Blank is allegedly in talks with Jon Bon Jovi about selling a minority stake of the team.

Probably will go back and forth between Bowers and Fairley up until draft day. Ultimately I think the Panthers take Bowers.

This was the 1st wire to wire(one team leading the whole game) Super Bowl since SB XXXV, when the Ravens beat the Giants 34-7.
This was only the 2nd game in NFL history to end with a score of 31-25, the other time was on Sept. 28, 1952 when the Eagles beat, coincidentally, the Steelers by that score.
It was also the first NFL Championship game decided by exactly 6 pts. since 1958, when the Baltimore Colts beat the Giants 23-17 in overtime.
Aaron Rodgers became just the 4th QB to throw for at least 300 yds. 3 tds. & no ints. in a Super Bowl, the other 3 were Joe Montana(SB XIX), Steve Young(SB XXIX) & Jake Delhomme(SB XXXVIII).

Yeah Smackdown in Green Bay on Tuesday. I imagine they'll be going from the Return to Titletown event (which I will be attending) and then right to Smackdown.

Aaron Rodgers for World Champ at Wrestlemania. Aaron Rodgers for Galactic Emperor. If we were in the Impact Zone, they would be chanting his name and clapping five times.

I don't really pay attention to the behind the scenes stuff in the NFL, so what's this is I keep hearing about there not being a '11-'12 season?

The new Collective bargaining agreement hasn't been signed yet. Both sides say they are far apart on the matter, but I think both sides know pretty well that it doesn't benefit either side not to have a season. Some of the things they're arguing about are adding regular season games and a rookie salary cap.

If there is a next season, I would say Green Bay would be the early favorite to win next year as they won a Super Bowl at like 60% strength due to injuries and next year, those injured reserves will be back.

That man has the belt, CHAMPIONS baby!!! *hugs Grendel and Bob* ;D Aw, thanks. **Hugs back** Group Hug! Oh man, this is awesome. It's just sinking in now. When that 4th and 5 went down, I had to explain to my drunken friend that the Packers had just won the Super Bowl. I watched the game with friends, went to the bar afterwards, and at 1:14 Central time they were still partying. I'm sure my buddy Scotty is throwing a rager as we speak. They are going nuts here in Northern Wisconsin. It's been a blast.

I agree 100%. When you can win the damn Super Bowl with half your team (okay maybe not, but you know what I mean), that should tell you something and put fear into the rest of the league.

Things I'd like to thank the 2010 Packers for:
- Getting Roethlisberger to unlock the "Choke in the Super Bowl" Achievement
- Drastically reducing the amount of Favre in the media
- Retiring the idea the Steelers buy off the officials for championship games
- Giving the MVP a freakin' title belt.
Complete with a Devils win and a Knicks win, this has just been an awesome sports day.
