From reading PFT, the 400 lost seats wouldn't have mattered, they still would have been short.

From reading PFT, the 400 lost seats wouldn't have mattered, they still would have been short. It was 400 lost seats. It was 850 lost seats. They refunded 400 of those 850 seats. And Jerry missed by 766 seats, so if all 850 of those missing seats weren't missing, he would've barely broke the record.

In a feat of pure willpower & determination, Aaron Rodgers & the Green Bay Packers managed to overcome the immense, punishing, soul-crushing obstacle in the Black Eyed Peas Halftime performance and went on to win SuperBowl 45! Did anyone else hear the announcer from NFL films when they read this post?

ESPN.com has the poll "Do you want Dallas to host another Super Bowl?" - every state and the world said yes, apart from... Pennsylvania. Wonder why?

I also remember reading somewhere that those 400 people also made some pretty decent bucks on their refunds. Supposedly their refunds were 3 times the face value of their tickets. I guess that must've been the $2400 each of them were paid, but that would mean their seats were $800 a pop face value. I don't remember seeing any seats being that cheap.

The Packers deserve all the credit in the world. They earned that win. They're a fantastic team. I am still upset over the loss, but if we had to lose the Super Bowl, I am glad it was to the Packers. I think both teams will be back in the big game soon. I just hope the Steelers can win it the next time.

Even when it was 21-3 I knew 100% the Steelers would make it a fight, as much as I dislike them. They're resilient, like cockroaches. That said it was a great game and I'm stoked that Green Bay won. Not among the 'best' Super Bowls, but still very exciting at many points. Was pretty amused once Aaron busted out the WHC belt. He may be my favorite non-Raider player outside of Peyton Manning.
I sure hope this isn't the last football we see in more than 7 months.

Couple of hours later and I feel electric, imagine what the players and team feel like. Looks like inspirational Mufasa Favre was right, Rodgers just couldn't wait to be King. ;D Oh and Rodge should bring back the dragon uppercut to go with the give that man the belt celebration.

Like the WWE Champion getting in Rodgers' face, and Clay Matthews stepping between the two. Ooh, a little while ago Nick Barnett posted a pic from his Twitter account. I would so love to be there right now.

The Steelers fought hard, and although I can't stand Ben-Roth, I can very much get behind the rest of the team...apart from when they take on the Packers, of course. For a while, it looked like it could have gone either way, and even though it would've stung a bit, the Steelers would've deserved a win. Basically, what I'm saying is, I'm glad to see a Steelers fan that isn't being sour grapes.
