I thought that Bateman was the hands down greatest rookie on NXT, but he has some tough competition with Conor "Pee Wee" O'Brian.

Seriously, as terrified as I am of the man, the fact that his gimmick is a rat, an honest to god RAT, is the greatest thing ever. In 2010, a wrestler on WWE television has the gimmick of a rat. It makes me happy.

I really hope they introduce him as "Weighing in at 210 pounds, hailing from Pee Wee Herman... CONOR O'BRIAN!"

His name still gets on my nerves, since it sounds so much like Conan, but I love his gimmick. The first couple of episodes he would use the rat voice then stop using it. Now he seems to be doing it all the time, which is what I wanted.
I would love if they continue adding rat characteristics to his character. Outside of Bateman, Conor is my favorite.

At first I was weary of the rat gimmick, but now I'm just glad he HAS a gimmick. I caught the way he was looking at the plate of cheese in that segment right away and started cracking up.

Now if only we can get Jacob Novak a gimmick and this would be the greatest NXT season ever.
