I remember the old WWF Magazine merchandise catalog would sell these in Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large and "Andre Size".

I saw an Andre the Giant shirt recently at Kmart of all places.
They had like 10 of them...all adult sizes. Only like $8 or something.
