Question about the soaring eagle

Have we determined that it is, indeed, Chavo in the Soaring Eagle costume? If so, I somehow missed the discussion on it.

The reason I bring it up is during one of the video packages last night I hit pause on my dvr to go do something, and it was at the exact moment that the eagle was taking a hit. The eagle's head part of the costume came off partway and I swear you could clearly see Chavo inside. Either that or someone who could easily be mistaken for Chavo from that angle...

Anyway. Yes? No? Maybe so?

Heard it's either Chavo or Noble

Yea it's been reported to be Chavo. I haven't heard that it's Noble and I have a hard time believing that anyway. I think he legitimately retired. Doubt he'd come out of retirement to dress as an eagle.
