It's a three hour royal engagement as the WWE presents the return of the King of the Ring tournament. Eight superstars will vie to add this prestigious honor to their resume. Representing Raw, Sheamus, Morrison, Ezekiel Jackson, and the US champion Daniel Bryan. Repping Smackdown is Alberto Del Rio, "Dashing" Cody Rhodes, Kofi Kingson, and Drew McIntyre. Who will reign supreme, and join names like Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H, Bret Hart, and even Billy Gunn?
Let the Mizgasm of Mizgasms commence! Last Monday, the Miz cashed in his MITB briefcase on a vulnerable Randy Orton. Knowing the Miz, you can expect the mother of all celebrations to take place tonight. And you can also expect the Viper to crash the party.
Look who bought himself a ticket. And in the front row no less. Former WWE superstar John Cena will be in Philidelphia for tonight's festivities. For a fired guy, he sure knows how to hang around.
Rima Fakih, the current Miss USA, will be tonight's guest host.
Natalya is still Divas champion, but with tonight's show being multi-brand, it means Laycool won't be thrown out tonight. Will the former Diva champs get revenge on Nattie? Or will Beth Phoenix comes out to aid her friend?
Barrett's hopes for a WWE title rematch are looking bad, as the leader of Nexus has failed in his last two attempts. And now that Miz is champ, what will be Nexus' motivation tonight?
CM Punk made his Raw broadcast debut last week. Last week he promised a return to the table this week. Will he keep his promise this time?
All that, and more on a royally awesome editon of Raw.

I cannot wait.
This could be their third consecutive great RAW. Third, 4th? I've lost count.

I don't think any of those eight guys can live up to the legacy of Billy Gunn.

If Assman was an amatuer I can only imagine what King Shamrock was... can't believe he defeated the rock in the final.. Anyways I'm pumped. I'm looking forward to this, it's gonna be a great show. All hail the 2010 King of the ring Bryan Danielson Daniel Bryant/yes J.R.

Out of those, I think only Lesnar and Booker officially got a title shot for winning the tourney. Maybe Angle as well.

It would be logical for someone to get a title shot down the line, most likely at the Royal Rumble. After all, that's usually when WWE experiments with giving midcarders title shots.
If Bryan or Morrison win, it would make perfect sense for The Miz to have a confrontation with one of them.

This week's matchup: KoR flashbacks vs. WoW Cataclysm.
Although, I'm gonna have to sit out this week, with it being 3 hours (class overlaps with it) and the Niners on MNF.

Wasn't there a report that some beauty pageant winner was suppose to guest host to announce the winner of KOTR or something? Whatever happened to that? There was never an official announcement that she was actually going to be there.
