When Bubba attacked D-von I rolled my eyes at this potential fued. BUT I have really enjoyed it so far. Bubba seems to be putting his all into the promos and the crowd are really hating him and popping for D-von.
Also I like how it was not rushed and they have took their time before having the match, allowing time for the feud to build. Not just splitting them up and having a throwaway heatless match the next week.
Sure the blowoff match might end up sucking (or it could suprise us), but at least the build has been good.

Wow, I didn't think that angle would entertain anyone outside Orlando. I am glad you enjoyed it

Include me as well. I've always liked Bubba on the mic, and also felt that while he makes a great heel, D'von works better as a face.
The one thing I'd like to have seen from it (and we may yet do so) is the two of them helping to elevate others via the feud.
Bubba's started his "anyone can be D'von" schtick with students from 3D's wrestling school, so why not have D'von partner up with an existing lower-midcarder in response. Bubba constantly failing with his "fake D'von" against D'von, who actually keeps winning with HIS partners, giving the idea that perhaps it was D'von all along who was responsible for the team's success?
Aside from giving someone a push, it could also add a nice twist to the whole feud.

I am enjoying it more than I thought I would, but I still see a Beer Money involvement later since I see them having trouble like 3D and then we would somehow get Bubba and Beer Money Member A(referred to from now on as BMmA) vs DVon & BMmB. Then, I am calling an eventual reunion of each original team when they realize they were better off all along the way they started.

Another thing being, Bubba is one of those wrestlers who can successfully pull off a turn within the space of a promo. With some, turning from heel to face has to be a gradual process, Bubba can do it (and has done before) at the snap of a finger. So when their feud is finally over, after the match that settles it (Bubba and Dvon one on one probably), having Bubba take the mic after the match, apologise to D'von and, if not quite beg, then at least ask humbly if D'von would agree to reform the team. No swerve, no backtracking or backstabbing, simply Bubba on the mic admitting he was wrong and that he needs D'von as much as D'von needs him. That imo, would tie the whole feud up nicely

Yeah the promos have been really solid thus far, especially from Bubba. He actually was right in saying he's always been over, even during his stuttering gimmick in ECW. To play devil's advocate however there are some issues with the feud going forward:
1. The blowoff match likely won't be especially good and will show (ironically) that these guys are basically just good tag wrestlers.
2. What does winning exactly prove? If Bubba beats D-Von does that make him the guy that carried the team, or just the better singles guy, or what? If D-Von wins does that disprove the notion that Bubba carried him? This is the problem with these wacky insider shoot storylines where guys sound off on how bookers and fans react to the wrestlers. It sets up issues that can't really be resolved in a match.

I like Bubba as a heel. He pulls off a good chickenshit heel character, always running from D-Von whenever he confronts him. He makes you want for D-Von to finally get his hands on him and beat him to a bloody pulp.
