Sorry this is going to be lengthy, horror is my favorite genre
Ones mentioned I agree with:
TCM - my favorite horror movie of all time. original version. Dead Birds Audition
I'm trying to stay away from too mainstream since you've seen most of them you said: Foreign - Non English:
Three Extremes Bloody Reunion Battle Royale (not exactly horror, but still good) Funny Games (original German version, i've yet to see the remake as i refuse to) Inside .REC (the original, NOT Quarantine) The Host Frontieres Tale of Two Sisters
---------------------------------------
English Oriented:
May Hatchet Otis Teeth Pontypool Splinter Spiral (not exactly horror, but still great) Behind the Mask: The Leslie Vernon Story Trick R Treat Mulberry Street Surveillance Grace
---------------------------------
Foreign English Oriented:
Dog Soldiers (anything by this director has been good imo) Sevearance The Cottage Shrooms
I could think of a bajillion more, but that's it for now. I can talk horror all day.

Hmmmm... home sick from work today, so I think I'm going to watch Spiral - wasn't my first choice out of the ones I hadn't seen (wasn't planning to watch a non-English language movie, as I don't want to concentrate that much) but weren't too many options on Netflix instant.

Battle Royale (not exactly horror, but still good) .REC (the original, NOT Quarantine) The Host May Teeth I whole heartedly stand by these recommendations. May was a great film that really never took off for reasons I don't understand. A horror film with a lot of heart.

Undead (2005) It's an Australian zombie flick by the Spierig brothers. It's pretty good, IMO.

Loved .REC, and really enjoyed Quarantine, actually. the Host just plum don't appeal, from the clips I've seen. Wanna see May, but will probably wait for an on demand opportunity. Teeth was thrown on at Frightfest to replace that doofy looking movie about carparks, and I thought it was a lot of fun, with a great central performance. Ended up watching: Spiral - thought it was excellent, and much better than that lazy pos Hatchet. Ahhh! Zombies! - could only get through 45 minutes, I think it should have been that long - was entertaining, but not very movie like. Surveillance - By that point I was really tired, so I shut it off and went to sleep.

I’ll second Dog Soldiers and I’m not even a big fan of horror movies.

There's a film out of Japan called Kurosufaia that was renamed Crossfire and Pyrokinesis that I always enjoyed when it came on television.

FYI - Koreans have really taken over the horror market.
The Vengence Trilogy (Oldboy, etc) aren't exactly horror, but aren't far off either and worth checking out.
My co-worker is dating a Korean girl and they watch a lot of Korean horror films - he said "Red Shoe" and "I saw the Devil" "The Chase" were all pretty crazy.
