I'm going to have to choose Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines. Love that damn game.

Duke Nukem: 3D ported to a reasonably current console (such as a PS2, given that's what I own) would make me a very, very happy guy. Still having trouble on Linux getting DOSBox to run properly, and given that Duke is no longer available via abandonware due to the upcoming (alleged) release of Forever, I'm slightly irritated.

Tyrian badly needs to be put on PSN, XBLA, and/or WiiWare. Epic Pinball (complete, including the Silverball tables) would be nice too.
A lot of games from the 2D age of PC games should.

None, because PC-to-console ports are rarely (if ever) any good. Time to Kill is a 3rd person shooter that wasn't very good even when it first came out in the 90s. In the related items there's Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown, which I believe is the fairly decent PlayStation port of DN3D. Of course, you can always just get Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition for $5.99: www.gog.com/en/gamecard/duke_nukem_3d_atomic_edition

I'd like a Total War game to come to console. My PC can run them, but it tends to be rather strenuous on it & it'll time out of it sometimes.
Heck, I just wish there was a decent RTS on console! I thought Endwar might be, but it's more Sub Par.

I'm quite sure that the current consoles simply don't have enough RAM to be able to run a Total War game (or any sort of a strategy game of that scale). A console Total War port would have to be massively downgraded in order to be somewhat playable, and then there's also the whole problem with the controls. A gamepad works well enough with lots of game genres, but RTS is not and never has been one of them.

If somebody could port Master of Orion (1 or 2) to a console and fix the online play, I think it would be a big seller.
Since you can play the entire game of MoO2 without a keyboard fairly easily, I don't think it's that big of a stretch.

Granted, it was an RTS game built from the ground up for the 360.

I thought The Witcher looked pretty decent.
Also, the PC controls on Dragon Age would've been nice. Pausing and queuing of attacks etc.

The makers of the Total War series made a console equivalent but I forget what it was called.

With Telltale (of Sam and Max fame) announcing that they'll be taking up the King's Quest mantle, I'd love to see Space Quest and Quest for Glory handled similarly.
Of course, we saw what happened when Leisure Suit Larry came to consoles......

The ACTUAL Baldur's Gate games, and not the crappy "RPG" we got for consoles.
