Got engaged a week or so ago, and now that she's moved in, she wants to get a dog. I'm usually someone who digs his heels in on this sort of thing, but here's the dog she wants to get... www.petfinder.com/petdetail/18904485I find myself unable to resist. I think we're going to swing by on Thursday.

I could, I'm more of a cat person. Less noisy than a dog.

Then if he fathers a litter of puppies, he'd be Papa Shango.
Cute dog.

I could, I'm more of a cat person. Less noisy than a dog. I dunno. I grew up with a cockapoo and a Siamese cat. The siamese way definitely louder. Even now with our bloodhound/blue tick coon and our gray tuxedo cat (I think he has Russian Blue in him) the cat definitely puts up a fight for noise levels. Then again, he's an epic butthole who loves nothing more than yelling at people for no reason. Which is why I love him.

He's cute, that's for sure. Just make sure you do a LOT of reading on labs. They're great dogs, but they have that "I'm a puppy and I'm going to chew your shoes" thing going on until they're at least 2. Give a pet a serious though, all the dedication, extra costs, extra time.. especially a big dog like this, lots of exercise and room to run.

Hes adorable, but Labs are a f***ing hard race, they really need a lot of space to run, I have a black one and as a puppy shes the most ungovernable mother f***er you could find, she got a bit better after we had her spade and became an adult but shes till a crazy stubborn dog.
