Remember in the 80's and more prominently the 90's when every action figure had a weird variant which depicted that character in a situation they had no business being in? Examples:
Space Wolverine with a huge gun.
Deep Sea Adventure Spider-Man with scuba gear.
ETC.
Here's a thread where you can come up with your own ideas for this, they can be serious or just absurd.
I'd like if they started doing Pursuit of Cobra type loadouts for ALL GI Joe figures. It would kill the specialization of certain characters, but admit it, who wouldn't love a figure of like...Snake Eyes, who comes with climbing gear, pilot gear, and scuba gear. Why not?
Also, remember the Crash Dummies toyline that had crazy gimmicked vehicles that would become smoldering heaps upon impact? THAT WAS COOL. I'd love to see someone try this again, regardless of context.

Crash test dummies was an awesome toy. Crumpled car, exploded dummies. Good times.

What I imagined was something along the lines of "Alligator Fighting Batman", and Batman would come in a camo suit with a little boat and a big fishing net. Kenner was the king of what your talking about so this was only a matter of describing that at a board meeting.

Right off the top of my head...an X-Men Evolution, the Phoenix Force gun in Ultimate Wolverine, and the machine gun in Wolverine #41

I want more wrestling figures with those weapons that crumpled unnecessarily like those Toy Biz WCW figures from the late 90's. I dunno why, I just always thought they were awesome.
Particularly the Buff Bagwell that came with a wheelchair that launched him for absolutely no reason.
I say give Cody Rhodes an exploding mask.

You know, for as many times we've seen vehicles used on TV, I'm surprised we've never seen like Stone Cold with a monster truck, or Eddie with a lowrider, or the Rock's Lincoln Continental.

The crumpling newspaper stand, I'm not sure if it was ever a WCW thing, but it was packed in with a Spider-Man figure later on. Actually it may have been Scorpion. And Spyke, yeah. Every now and then we've seen oddball "wrestler w/motorcycle" sets, but never an all out car, other than sound and light gimmicked vehicles that were out of scale with action figures. I'd have loved an Eddie/Lowrider set, or an Ambulance/Hearse match playset (I used to use Ecto 1 for this).
