And the Streets of Rage Remake v5 has been removed until further notice. I went to download it and I couldn't find it anyway. Such a load of a bull. This is what apparently has happened so far.

At least they got to finish it. Usually when someone tries to make a fan-make or something of a Nintendo property, almost as soon as they publicly reveal what they've done to that point, Nintendo sends them a cease and desist, thus killing the project then and there, never to be finished.

Other than Sonic, Sega does done a horrible job with their old franchises. They coulda been making decent money all these years off Streets of Rage, Shinobi, Golden Axe, etc. They had no clue how to successfully update their old franchises to modern times.

Weak. Sega's not even doing anything with SoR. Why not just pay them some cash for it and throw it up on Xbox Live/PSN?

Just think. Bioware actually handed out tools that *let* you do these sort of things.

Just think. Bioware actually handed out tools that *let* you do these sort of things. Same with Valve, buying any Valve game made with the Source Engine off of Steam gives you access to the Source Engine SDK, allowing you to do damn well whatever you please with that specific game. Hell, Gabe Newell himself said that one way to get hired at Valve is to make a really awesome mod or map for one of Valve's games.
