Luvox - OCD Risperidal - Depression/OCD.
I guess they work, but I'd rather not be on them. The side effects are embarrassing and dumb.

Just antibiotics. I was on some anti-depressant for a bit but I really didn't need it. Plus it killed my sex drive. Cymbalta for my OCD and Tourette's. And something called Verapamil, which is a calcium beta blocker for a neurological condition I have. Basically it prevents pain and lowers my blood pressure. I also have an oxygen tank prescription for the times the Verapamil fails and the pain comes on anyway - regular pain meds don't work for this condition, and the only thing that makes the pain stop is oxygen. I don't have to use it all that often though *knock on wood* My digestive tract is also so f***ed up that I take a Prilosec every day, because if I don't, I won't even be able to eat because I'm in so much pain. And I take a probiotic to help my digestion a bit more, but that's not really a medicine. Oh, and birth control. I'm a wreck You're on Birth Control? That's a chick.

Risperidal - Depression/OCD. Whoa, they prescribe really powerful antipsychotics for OCD now?

Concerta for ADHD, Loestrin or however you spell it for PMDD (basically, it's depression brought on by PMS, and then it goes away after. Obnoxious.), and vitamins.

Oh yeah. In my container at the mo I have:
Levothyroxine Carvedilol Spironolactone Captopril Carbimazole and Warfarin.
Until recently I was also on Amiodarone and Digoxin. It's all due to having an irregular heart beat that was operated on a couple of months ago.

Risperidal - Depression/OCD. Whoa, they prescribe really powerful antipsychotics for OCD now? Well it's mostly for depression, but they told me it would help with the OCD as well. Not like I needed the extra help, but whatever.

^ Oh, that reminds me. I have lorazapam for panic attacks. I keep a bottle of pills within reach of any spot I sit in regularly, and always have some in a pill container in my pocket, because my panic attacks can come on VERY suddenly, and once they start, I can't move from the spot I'm in. I haven't needed them very regularly since last summer when I switched to Cymbalta and started learning some of the things that trigger them *knocks on wood again*. But I still have the occasional attack so I'm careful to have medicine within reach for whenever I might need it.

The only drug I take is a tylenol when I have a headache and even then,it has to be a really bad headache. I just don't like taking any kind of drug(prescription or otherwise). I understand why some people have to have them. I just choose not to.

Currently, I'm on 3 Blood Pressure Meds, 2 Diabetes ones (I fear one'll be replaced by Insulin soon), a Cholestorol one, and I should be on 2 additional ones, but cannot afford it.
And, at one time, I was on a Schizophrenia drug, but I had to get off that one, cuz it screwed with my already shoddy legs.

I understand why some people have to have them. I just choose not to. I'm the same way, I very rarely take any medication. I won't touch painkillers because I used to have a problem with them, I don't really use over the counter cold medications, and I've resisted being prescribed other meds. Other then my annual bout of Bronchitis, which I'll usually go get a prescription for, I try my damnedest to avoid medication and let my body do the work itself. It's just personal beliefs, although kinda odd ones due to my history with recreational drugs.

For headaches, colds, and a few other things, I'd chew on some garlic, or sometimes and onion.
