Like Maxim, Stuff, FHM, even playboy?
I've been getting Maxim for free for a long time, and I just have a stack of them I've never even looked it. Compared to the internet ithey're kind of... boring.

I don't read much of any magazines anymore. I canceled my subscriptions for Car & Driver little bit ago. I've been getting SI and Maxim for free though. I never read SI so I recycle it. I don't much read Maxim anymore, just look at the photoshoots. The photoshoot after the cover girl is always the best though.

I skim through Maxim on the crapper.
To be fair, it was because amazon sent me $10 magazine credit because I ordered a year of OXM for $5 from them. Also, their $10 magazine selection stinks and I didn't feel like shelling any cash over to them.

Still read Playboy, but only because ti does have good writing. I used to read Maxim, then the writing went to hell, and they started airbrushing the women even more than before, so that went out the window.

I've been a Playboy subscriber for almost 21 years, and every year I still have the internal debate over whether to re-up for another 12 months. Talk about an institution that went to crap really fast. There is no variety, and when they DO have a celebrity I'm interested in seeing in the buff, they gotta dress it up in some silly gimmick to the point of making her appear unattractive (Jenny McCarthy, I'm looking at you) or they break out the B&W film. 10 out of 12 interviews suck, and involve people I don't care about. They've whittled down their annual baseball/football/college sports previews to only gloss over everything (and expect you to go on-line to read the rest).
I get Maxim also. I think it's through something my wife got on-line and it was really cheap.
Put a gun to make me choose between the two, I'd pick Maxim. It amuses me and somewhat informs in a fun way.

FHM was really the last good one left, then they went to an on line magazine here.
Oh well. I don't read them anyone at all.

I used to read Playboy religiously (and yes, I mean read. I go elsewhere for my nuddie needs), but I haven't in a couple years. It really went to shit awhile back

I read a lot of magazines every month, probably 8-9, and I guess the only "Men's" magazine I read is Maxim.
I've had a subscription for about 5-6 years now, and the quality has gotten pretty bad. It seems ever since they discontinued Stuff and combined the two, instead of getting better, it's gotten worse.
Still, there is usually 1-2 good articles every month.

Nope, every aspect of MAXIM/FHM/etc I can find better sources for on the internet. Cracked has better humour and articles(that don't read like they were written by complete meatheads), and as for the photo shoots, you can eventually find them on the net with a google image search.
Basically, once I got old enough to buy actual porn, Maxim ceased to be relevant.

I'll occasionally get a Playboy if there's a particularly good cover article (or model) or if I'm at a train station or something and there no wrestling magazines.
