First, let me say that I'm not advocating a ban on these words or some stupid shit like that, people have the right to say what they want but this is just my reaction to a words or phrases; so please no "OMG don't be so PC sensitive". People have the right to speak but NOT dictate the reactions to the words. Now, moving on.
1. Trailer trash or it's like variations. Most like because I live in a mobile home I hate being stereotyped as the kind of person you see regularly on an episode of Cops. Besides, any apartment complex I've lived in or near has had those elements a lot more so than where I live now but you don't hear "apartment dweller" as a negative term.
2. Tranny. Unless you are talking about the part of your car that allows you to change gears then you're an asshole.
There are more but I figured I'd share the fun.

I don't have a big issue with that phrase. Unless I'm already calm, then it becomes redundant, but not really "irritating."

Epic. That word has worn out its welcome a million times over. It makes me a lot more disproportionately angry when I hear it IRL as opposed to online, though, for whatever reason.
Obviously, I just mean it in the sense of "omg dude epic win". Not so much when it's used to describe actual epics.

"If it was me..." /"If I was _____" and all it's variants.
It's not you, you aren't in that situation. You don't know how you'd react to whatever it was. You might think you do, you might think you'd be approach it with the exact same mindset you have now, but I'm betting you wouldn't. Actions are largely influenced by emotions at the time and unless you're Spock, you're very unlikely to completely predict what your emotions would be doing to at the time.
Sheep/sheeple as an insult
Odds are, you're just following opinions of someone else who told you it. You aren't any more immune from being persuaded as anyone else. Having a different opinion doesn't mean someone is naive or easily persuaded.

"Mm-hmm". Usually because it reminds me of going to the guidance office a lot in school and feeling like I really wasn't being listened to.

Usually used by those who believe in some weird conspiracy theory against those who don't thin our worlds leaders are reptillians.

Epic. That word has worn out its welcome a million times over. It makes me a lot more disproportionately angry when I hear it IRL as opposed to online, though, for whatever reason. There's plenty of other adjectives that can be used in the same context. Colossal. Magnificent. Outstanding. Fantastic. Incredible. Excellent. Exceptional. Incomparable. And so forth. And "Epic" gets used more than all of those combined.

Shortly before I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorders, I would get pissed when people would tell me things like, "Just smile," "Cheer up," or "You've got to go out and try to interact with people. It will turn out better than you think."
I understand that they were trying to help, but they weren't grasping the situation, even with my explanations. Some didn't grasp it even after the diagnosis and beginning of treatment.

"Weeaboo". That and variations ending in "-aboo" seem to be favorites of trolls online.
Also, "emo" has been shot, stabbed, beaten, defiled, drug through the mud and its corpse stolen from its tomb on various occasions. Let its soul rest, folks.
No love for "sheeple" from me, either.

"Nuff Said"
- Unless said by Stan Lee, it's an expression that has irritated me to no end. It basically gives someone carte blanche to give a contrarian opinion without having to do any critical thinking or at least provide an explanation.
And I'd like to third the hatred for "sheeple."

"Mm-hmm". Usually because it reminds me of going to the guidance office a lot in school and feeling like I really wasn't being listened to. I actually didn't find out until very recently how much people share your sentiment hate "MmmHmm." It's like nails on a chalkboard to many. I've since stopped saying it and replaced it with "Now you're on the trolley!"

"Gotten" What's wrong with the word "got"? Why is there any need to stick three extra letters on the end of it when they don't actually change anything about it?
"I could care less" So you do care about it then?
"Fair play" In some cases, it's fine. But when people say it every sentence, like "Kate Middleton is damn fine. Fair play to William for that". What does that even mean?

Meh. I f***ing hate meh. It's such a BS, non-commital reaction. It drives me nuts. Oh and the incorrect phrase, "very unique". You cannot be "very unique", as unique means singular.
