Like as one of my favorite movies ever kind of thing. It certainly gets some flack for one thing by going from a R rated Barbarian to a PG rated Destroyer, although at the time there was no PG13 so it's still pretty violent for a PG film. They also tried to do a bit too much for the budget they had which made the effects a bit "off", but still, I love this flick. Wilt Chamberlain is awesome and actually looks like a legit threat to Conan, I love that stare down at the end, it just reeks of manliness, ha. About the only thing I never cared for was replacing cool archer Subotai with goofy dagger throwing Malak, but what can you do. And hey, Andre the Giant is in it, sort of.

I always liked it better than Conan the Barbarian. It was a lot more fun and campy.

I can never get enough of Conan punching horses/camels.
If he doesn't abuse some sort of beast of burden in the new movie, I'm going to... well, still watch it, BUT I'LL COMPLAIN ON THE INTERNET ABOUT IT!
