Superstars has two.
Scott Stanford (with Lawler) and Jack Korpela (with Striker, I think)

The one time i watched Superstars i also liked the Commentator he actually sold the Match and the story in the ring unlike the Main Commentators who just try and get themselves over it seems.
I hope that this commentator gets a chance sooner than later on the one Main shows.

Steve Stanford's improved a lot in a short amount of time. When he first came in he had the right voice, but didn't seem to know any of the moves. Then he got paired with Punk, took a verbal beatdown, and did his homework. Now he's my favourite of the bunch.

I think both guys are excellant (Jack and Scott) It's such a refreshing change to hear the play-by-play guy actually call the freaking match instead of whittling on about the current main event feud in every single match. That really bugs me about Smackdown and Raw commentary. They never seem to mention what's going on in the ring and when they do, it's usually nothing more than "nice move by Kofi. . .How do you think Big Show is going to cope against Wade Barrett and The Corre!" I'm especially impressed by Stanford. He's improved a hell of a lot. He shocked me when he mentioned Regal facing Bulldog at Halloween Havoc. He did his homework there

Yeah, I found myself saying "this is what an announcer is supposed to sound like" when I discovered Stanford on Superstars (which I can't watch because I don't get WGN America, but that's another story).
A big part of his appeal, for me, is the actual quality of his voice - I've watched sports for a long time, and sports broadcasters just SOUND a certain way (rich, deep voices, I mean, you guys know what I'm talking about), and Cole, Lawler, Striker and Matthews simply DON'T have this quality. It doesn't matter what they say, they can't imitate this. Stanford has it. And it makes me feel like I'm watching a sporting event. Which, personally, I like - it's like a sporting event that takes place on another planet where burly, oily men walk around in underwear and all conflicts large and small are settled in a wrestling ring, but it is still Sports Entertainment, after all, so anything that makes it more like a regular sports broadcast works for me.
I've heard that the current announcers are supposed to be more like sportscenter anchors than actual broadcasters, and they're certainly closer to the former ... but sportscenter anchors don't do play by play, so why does WWE want its PBP guys to be like sportscenter anchors?

I think he's great - much better than the main commentators already.

The guy has improved a lot in so little time, he is already better than Cole and Striker and i hope he gets even better. He can be the play-by-play that WWE needs so desperately (just because they don't want Joey Styles commentating for some reason)

Cole is in his 40's with the grey setting in, and at times sound like he hasn't hit puberty yet

He miscalled a single move and Punk killed him. Next week he called the move correctly and ever since he has been calling all moves correctly.
