Until earlier tonight when I remembered Jack was feuding with Kofi, I had completely forgotten that Kofi was even the Intercontinental Champion.
In fact, when I was at the Rumble on Sunday, it didn't even cross my mind that Kofi was a champion of any kind. When Kozlov came out, I was like "Hey, he's a tag champion," but when Kofi came out, I was like "Oh hey, he's a babyface."
The last time I forgot someone was a champion was Triple H during the time period from Backlash 08 to when he was drafted to SmackDown. This either means that I am out of touch, Kofi is forgettable as a Champion, or (the more likely option) WWE Creative doesn't care about the IC title anymore.

I keep forgetting too, but I think that's just because I keep thinking it's Dolph.

They just shoved the belt back onto Kofi as a placeholder, because Dolph's done everything he can with it and is being tested higher up the card.
They really ought to unify the midcard titles. It might actually mean something if a guy on that level gets to appear on both shows.

I have that trouble too sometimes. This United States Championship on Raw and Intercontinental on Smackdown business has caused me much confusion ever since it happened. It's never felt right to me.

It might actually mean something if a guy on that level gets to appear on both shows. This would be great. Smackdown has a bunch of midcard heels and RAw has a bunch of midcard faces. Either balance this out or just unify the belts and let the guy be on both shows. I think this would be the best course of action and it would (hopefully) make the belt seem very important. Although, I love the design of the IC belt and shudder at the thought of what a IC/US belt would look like

You're better than me, I forgot it actually exists.

This is why I want them to unify the WWE/World Heavyweight titles. Have that play out the way it did when the viand split first started. Then treat the IC/US titles as the big championship of their respective shows. As for anyone who might be left out in the cold, put them in tag teams (with team names and attire) and bolster the tag division back up.

I agree with this statement... who cares if he's on the wrong show... Zack Ryder has a better record than John Cena! He deserves a title shot

Kofi should just drop it to Curt Hawkins. I'm a Kofi fan, and I second this.
