What if Sting appears at the Royal Rumble? I doubt it and I rather that he never works for Vince, but who knows? Anything can happen.

I actually bought this up when drunk with my mates. We were discussing what would get the biggest pop from us, and it hit me, that if sting debuted, we would be markng like hell.

I'd mark so hard I think I'd pass out.

I imagine it would be something akin to The Silver Shamrock "Pumpkin Mask" scene from "Halloween III" meets "Scanners".
Sooooooo many minds blown. Heads exploding nation-wide.

I just thought of this moment in my head. My reaction was "HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!"
In other words, I'd mark like crazy.

I doubt that Seek and Destroy would be it...
But if he did come in and under the Crow look...I'd want him to come out to the theme like he used at Starrcade 97.
...probably minus the little kid speech before it.

I'd definitely mark out... with that said, I'd prefer to see a buildup between Sting and Taker, and I'm not sure how that would work with a Rumble entrance (unless taker got the title at the Elimination chamber somehow). It would certainly be surreal.

I'd make huge if he comes into the Rumble. We haven't heard much noise about Sting being part of the new Main Event Mafia in TNA as it looks like Kurt Angle might be leading it. If he doesn't come back on Feb 3rd I think it is when the new "they" debuts, I think he's Mania bound.

I honestly never watched WCW so I wouldn't mark hard because I'm a fan, just moreso because I recognize how big it is for wrestling.

I know it's "Crow" Sting everyone would mark for but personally give me Surfer Sting just for the real nostalgia. If "The Man Called Sting" came on I'd probably die of markdom.

Problem with that is I don't think that Sting wants to get his hair like that again. Then again, he could go for ths version of that look.

Part of the crowd would Mark. Part of the crowd would shrug their shoulders and wonder who it is.
And a few drunk people would think it was the return of phantasio.

That works for me as i just think the theme is bitching in a late 80's montage way and anytime i can listen to it is a good time. That's at least half of the reason why i'd mark so hard. I was always WWF, but early 90's Sting was #1 in the world when i was 7.
