Show some love for what was a really solid match on NXT this week. Most people harp on Ted, but his matches with Bryan are proof that the guy is solid in the ring. I also think he's turning the corner when it comes to personality too.

Good match, but I hope it doens't lead to another for the US title.

It was kind of boring at first, but after the commercial break it really picked up. It was a good match though.

Dolph, R-Truth, and Maryse all added a lot to the match. I liked how Maryse stopped doing BS as soon as DiBiase started making a comeback.

Well, after Raw last night, that's not really saying much.

I believe Dibiase did a few tours of NOAH, he's definitely good in the ring. You don't have to be good to tour Japan. DiBiase is pretty good in the ring however.

Further proof that Danielson can carry anyone to a main event caliber match..........
On a side note, I wonder if he had Kimchee for dessert after dinner tonight

I don't think most people are gonna say that Dibs isn't a good wrestler. It's just that he felt dull and was pointlessly being built up like crazy for about a month, and while I don't think this happened to anyone else, I kicked into "Overexposure Panic Mode" right about then.

DiBiase is just one of those guys that creative doesn't know how to protect. They like him (or at least his gimmick) and want to push him, but don't know how. The Maryse pairing works pretty well, but otherwise it's a case of pushing a wrestler in a way that emphasizes his flaws instead of hiding them.

You don't have to be good to tour Japan. I said that? I don't remember saying it. Touring Japan is usually a testament to the dedication of a wrestler. The way you phrased your response seemed to imply that you were equating touring Japan with being a good wrestler(as plenty of people do for whatever reason). Back on topic, Ted is good in the ring and when he works with a guy like Bryan it shows, but for me at least he just doesn't connect when he works with some other guys. Not really sure why.

Yeah, I don't mind Ted. I've loved Cody ever since his debut, but Ted's not too shabby himself. He just needs a role he can convincingly play, and so far, I like that he's sort of in this unstable "gonna crack at any second" thing with Maryse.

Ted Dibiase is good in the ring. That goes without saying. He just doesnt seem to have any real charisma to match his character. And his theme screams out lower card mainstay.
