Remember when LayCool made fun of her? The primary reason was that Rosa never even won on Superstars.
So, what does she do? Train for several months (as evident in backstage segments).
And when she got back into the ring, it was yet another loss. I haven't followed SmackDown or Superstars much since the move to SyFy, but I assume all that training really paid off, now didn't it?

Well, the training helped her in one regard IMHO: She became hotter and hotter to me during the time she was training. I remember finding her unbelievably unattractive while she was with Zack Ryder but somehow a change occurred during her training phase which made her a lot more attractive.

I don't know why they keep her around, to be honest. I imagine AJ and Naomi will be on the main roster soon as well, and they have far more to offer.
She's hot, sure, but she's expendable.

Del Rio needs to hire Maxine to try and seduce Hornswoggle. Not because he wants her, he just doesnt like seeing a hot girl with a little chihuhua. Rosa sees them, gets the wrong idea and breaks up with him. Hornswoggle becomes depressed and loses a loser leaves town match to The Eagle. Maxine then feels regret, confesses to Rosa about what she did and the Rosa runs through an airport in order to proclaim her love to Hornswoggle before his flight leaves.
