What if a woman say, Beth Phoenix, or even Awesome Kong, in the event that she debuts then, wins the Royal Rumble?

It would still be more believable than Rey winning.

Then the main event will be for the diva's championship or a Woman winning the World Championship. I think it would be cool

Then she goes on to main event WrestleMania against the world champion of her choosing provided she does not lose the oppertunity or use it before hand.

...provided she does not lose the oppertunity or use it before hand. This is what would happen. It happened with Chyna when she became Number One Contender for Summerslam, and she was over enough (and it was feasible) to actually have the match. Instead, after winning number one contendership she lost it in a match to Mankind. I think it's safe to say the Royal Rumble will never be won by a woman. If Kong is built up like the next coming of Chyna, I could see her main eventing a Smackdown or RAW for the WWE or World title.

It would be a complete waste of a PPV, and there will never ever be a female WWE or World Champion. EVER.
Even Chyna during the height of the attitude era would never have been World champ. People seem to forget how cautiously and with kid gloves they treated everything she did. Sure, she was the first women to enter the RR, but she lasted all of twelve seconds and didn't actually fight anybody. And yes, she fought and beat other male wrestlers; but they were always very careful to either really restrict the amount of physicality she took (try counting how many matches where she takes a punch, for example), or set the matches up as some overblown garbage variant.
It's just about possible that in the foreseeable future we'll see another woman in a Chyna-esque role, in that she occasionally cartoonishly squashes comedy jobbers and very rarely competes in midcard matches with the odds obviously stacked in her favour, but that's all. I'm sorry, but the idea that the PR-sensitive WWE would be okay with televising one of their main stars attacking a woman, in 2010, is just... Well, silly.
EDIT* Oh, and just to say that I'm not trying to take anything away from Chyna. She did some hella cool stuff back then. She was just never going to get any further then she got.

If there's a woman who can accomplish what Chyna couldn't is Kong. The only attribute of Chyna was her physique and her marketable look. She wasn't a good wrestler and her mic skills were subpar. She needed all the help in the world to get to where she was. Kong, on the other hand, is a great wrestler, has good mic skills (i've not heard much, but what i've heard was good IMO) and weights at least 260 lbs, which is a lot even for a man. And i don't think that anybody will complain about "abuse against women" if they build her as an equal.

This is about as likely as Dixie Carter becoming WWE champion

Waste of a Royal Rumble. The WWE doesn't care about the Divas, so why should we?

I don't see it happening because I don't see one guy on the roster who would willingly lose to a female.
Well maybe Chavo.

I'm probably the biggest Chyna mark, and I agree with your post. I'm not going to sit here and say that Chyna was the best wrestler ever. And she might've not been thebest talker around. Do I think Chyna would've gotten further if she stayed around. Yes, I do. She was the most over woman in North America at the time and could've held another Women's title or even a Tag Title. But was she ever going to win The Big One?Probably not. She would've contested for the belt sometimes (I got cheated out of that Summerslam match! Damn you Mick Foley!) but would've never actually won it. That being said, I do think I am going to see a woman win the World or WWE title in my lifetime. Take Alissa Flash. RCW had the faith to put the main title on a woman and nothing disatarous happened yet (and be honest, before Alissa won the title, have you ever heard of RCW before?). So whether its Kong or Beth or someone else, a woman will hold the title, if only for a short time.

It would still be more believable than Rey winning. Meh, they just overkilled it by making him enter at the very beginning. Rey should have entered in the 20's. Woman winning a Royal Rumble? Not happening. I would like to see someone like Awesome Kong or Beth Phoenix eliminated more than one person. I was just watching some old RR matches today and the most Chyna or Beth ever managed to eliminate was one person before being eliminated themselves.
