This was the plan all along.
The infamous Lockbox Segment makes much more sense now. They've been courting Challenge TV for a while now.

If this leads to Dixie Carter and Eric Bischoff determing who gets ownership of TNA over a game of Catchphrase I'll be all for it.

Bit more information from the TNA UK facebook page.
- PPV's will be shown on the Wednesday after they've been broadcast in the US.
- iMPACT will air every Tuesday at 10pm after it's been broadcast in the US

There's no way Challenge will ever broadcast in HD. Nothing else on the channel remotely needs it. It's good to see TNA on Freeview, in an ideal world they'll show PPVs live and iMPACT on Thursday nights (no reason why they shouldn't).
EDIT - the above post just appeared, Wednesday for PPVs isn't awful but a five-day delay on iMPACT is shocking.

Love how she announced this news to UK fans.... in Dublin Well, she didn't have confirmation of which channel it'd be on during the show. At that time she told us she'd have all the info within 24hrs.

Inbetween episodes of 3-2-1 and Bullseye.
If TNA have a storyline where someone wins a Dusty Bin I'll mark.

"THAT'S MAX BYGRAVES!" "BUT WHAT'S HE DOING IN THE IMPACT ZONE!?"
Bygraves vs Hogan, all the titles on the line, BFG next year.
Now *that* would get me to watch TNA.

To the guy who was complaining about the 5 day wait, remember when impact was on TWC and we had a 28 day wait?

I however would love to see Bob Holness or Bruce Forsyth vs. Hogan. And to the posters above, yes Richard O'Brien would be the heel manager and Ed Tudor Pole would be the face manager, but O'Brien will always be the most popular one. And Dixie would totally own Eric Bischoff in a game of Catchphrase. Unfortunately, since TNA is cash-strapped at this time, they could only afford Nick Weir to host instead of Roy Walker.

Nice. I know Challenge isn't that big a channel but it'll be on all platforms including Freeview, which is a big boost. TNA wasn't advertised at all outside Bravo before anyway, so the fact that Challenge is a gameshow channel (at the moment anyway) won't mean much, unless you watched TNA already or Bravo in general a lot you wouldn't catch TNA anyway. It's ratings were always very good so the increased potential viewership should help.

Jim Bowen as Anouncer "Lets have a look at the belt you coulda won"
would you get an option to have Craig Charles, Stuart Hall (perfect for knockout matches) or Brian Blessed commentries ("HOGANS ALIVE!!!! )
