Ok, I just thought of something while looking through the Raw Roster.
Charlie Haas. He was brought back to the WWE. He re-debuted on RAW with a victory over the IC champion Shelton Benjamin. He looked to be starting a feud with Shelton or something. Then suddenly he's been gone from Raw for almost a month already.
Whatever happened to the guy? Is he Main Eventing Heat now or what.

Actually, he wasn't even main eventing. He and Vis were jobbing to Cade and Murdoch. Edit: On Heat Edit # 2:

Just another example of a mishandled (re)debut.
All it would have taken was a promo segment featuring some old WGTT footage on the titantron to clue people in on who he is. Not footage on there while he runs to the ring, an actual segment where people get to...talk in the ring. Yeah it's drastic.
Cheering is infectious. If more people knew who he was and cheered him, other's would follow suit. You need only look as far as the ECW chants by people that probably don't even know what ECW is an abbreviation for...or the people that boo Cena without even knowing why.
It reminds me of when Burchill first made his debut, and beat up S2H...as though beating S2H was so important that he would immediately be a heat magnet. After 2 weeks on the program he disappeared to Velocity.
Hell even for me, if not for the fact that the WGTT music played when he ran to the ring originally...I wouldn't have even recognized him. Even the marks in the audience that were there to see WGTT could have at least been thrown a bone with a little refresher course. They might have forgotten his name or not recognized the music...jeez.

Poor guy. I guess jobbing on Heat is better than having a talentless wife with fake hooters nagging him because he needs to bring home more money.
From the people on this board, it sounds like he has talent.

But now the talentless wife with fake hooters would be nagging him about not seeing him enough because he's bringing home a WWE paycheque. It's quite the vicious cycle.

Haas is being buried the same way Matt Hardy is, for shooting his mouth off to the Wrestling Press. In this case about the Smackdown writers.

Discipline...discipline. This is why I think of Randall [glow=blue,2,300]"AWOL, shitbird Marine"[/glow] Ortard when wrestlers mouth off.
Keep your mouth shut and collect your paycheck. Everyone knows the Smackdown writers are ass clowns. You don't need to say it to the Press.
Eh, I give them another year together at best. Some guy with more star power and a bigger check will woo her and fluff her fun bags. She'll 'discover' that she and Haas have grown apart. It's the way a lot of wrestling marriages/relationships go.

He's probably in about the same position he was when he left before, it's not like he used to be main eventing all the time or anything.

He slagged off the Smackdown head writer in Powerslam Magazine. Personally i would rather see Haas and Hardy in TNA but they obviously didn't really think this through.

I say do a long Benjamin vs. Haas fued and have Haas come out as Intercontinental somewhere around Survivor Series. Shelton is outgrowing the title anyways.

He slagged off the Smackdown head writer in Powerslam Magazine. Personally i would rather see Haas and Hardy in TNA but they obviously didn't really think this through. There's a lot of guys working in TNA without long-term contracts. Haas has a dependable contract now, which he probably did not get from TNA. Matt has a much larger contract than he would have had at TNA. He also is working with a lot of his friends, which he doesn't have in the same numbers at TNA. On top of that, he met his latest girlfriend and his return helped him mend fences with Lita somewhat. In short, they both probably thought it out. They both made the right choice for themselves, even if they don't get the pushes that they deserve (especially Matt. How can you get those type of crowd reactions and NOT get a push?)

Heard he got a great reaction during the Conway match. But I see him returning to Raw for Vengeance.
