One of my favorite Conan skits ever. Still funny as hell watching it today.

I remember falling out of my couch laughing when he spotted the plane. I almost died (from laughter, and literally almost hitting my head on the table.)

I loved when he would go out do this kind of stuff, he almost never does anything like this anymore. The last time I remember him going out to do a filmed piece was when they created "The Flaming C" which was right after he moved to TBS.
Some of my other favorite filmed pieces from Late Night: -Apple Picking with Mr.T -Going to the Spa -Visiting the newly opened NBC Store. -Apartment hunting with Andy Blitz. -Visiting Chinatown for St. Patrick's day.

I love the girl staying in character. Conan: "And your father?" Girl: "My father's passed." Conan laughs

Yeah I miss him doing outside skits too. Conan being Conan to complete strangers is always gold. Maybe he feels Los Angeles isn't as "crazy" as New York City, I don't know.

My favorite part: his 1864 reaction to an airplane. Absolutely hilarious!

This is the first time I've ever seen that.... and being it's Conan, I just knew it'd be a matter of time before he went old-timey as well. The dude seems to be obsessed with anything turn-of-the-century or earlier.... and it's awesome.

Conan's said on several occasions that this was his all time favorite bit. I believe they aired it in its entirety on the final 'Late Night' as well.

Honestly, this may be the funniest thing Conan did on Late Night that didn't involve Walker, Texas Ranger.

I'm not the biggest Conan fan, but this was damn funny. Hit spotting the plane, and laughing at the women's dad who passed away were my favorite parts.

If this is not the best thing he's done, it's easily in his top 5.

AWESOME!!! I've never ever seen this before, but I find the whole thing hilarious! I'd like to see Conan go to Williamsburg or someplace that also does the whole renactment bit.

Actually having attended one of these games at the same site, I can fully say that this is ridiculous in real life as it looks here.
