I went with McDicker just because I love the fact that whatever filter between his brain and his mouth just whithered away from decades of working with kids.

It was a very short appearance, but it was a fatter/older version of Butt-Head (in a dream sequence) as a substitute teacher.
All he said was "Huhuhuh, This sucks." and left the classroom. It was SOOO funny.

While they all had moments of greatness it's easily Mr. Van Driessen for me. I enjoyed most of the episodes that featured his character heavily.
One of his best moments was flying out of the window of the school bus down a mountain.
