rip, loved that of all things that kevin did to the robbers, his shovel shots are the ones that sent the wet bandits to the clink
hate to say this, but took a deep sigh of relief, when i opened this, and it wasn't culkin, pesci, or stern who died

He looked pretty ancient in Home Alone, already, so I imagine he led a full life. Hopefully he had time to get his affairs in order.

RIP Shovel Man
In the film, Kevin would have been dead meat without him. He was a cool looking character.
Should be spun off into his own gritty graphic novel series.

Sad thing is there aren't any robbers in heaven for him to shovel down.

I also remember him from the movie "Christine".
The first time I saw that, it was weird to hear the old guy from Home Alone compare the scent of a new car to that of a woman's vagina (in much more crude terms).

I have such a soft spot for this film.
When I was 9 I wrote John Hughes a letter declaring Home Alone 2 should star myself, as Kevin's neighbor.
He actually took the time to write me back...handwritten, and send me an official crew cap to Home Alone.
To this day, that is my most prized possession.
RIP to Roberts Blossom. You never know when or how deep you can touch a person. It's impossible to know, other than it can happen.
And while I'm at, RIP John Hughes as well for telling a 9 year old they were creative, you were proud of them and they should never give up or doubt a dream.

I don't get it. At all. It's kind of a small horse, I mean what am I missing? Am I crazy?

The man taught people everywhere that you can always trust the creepy weirdo living next door.
But seriously, RIP
