There have been quite a few moments in the entire Ultimate Spiderman series that have made me literally well up with tears. Bendis seems to have me wrapped around his little finger, especially the last few issues of USM and Ultimate Fallout.
I honestly can't think of any other comic book moments, issues, or storylines that have made me choke up.
Anything come to mind?

I can't remember the name of it but the one where Batman travels to the alternate universe and finds his parents are still alive. Then he has to decide whether or not to let them die or save them and deny that world it's Batman.

The Executioner's reformation/death gives me goosebumps, still.
The Captain Marvel/Superman fight from Kingdom Come also did that.
And while not the same thing, some of the moments in Blackest Night just enraged me to the point where I wanted to throw the whole thing out.

The Captain America/Wasp/Ant-Man storyline in the beginning of Ultimates. I felt so horrible for Wasp after reading that.

The Marvel Civil War produced quite a few great comic scenes. One scene that I've always thought as underrated was during the lead up to the Marvel Civil War, when Peter Parker and Tony Stark travel to Washington to debate the idea of super hero registration (just before the Stanford incident).
After Spider Man defeats Titanium Man, the scene has Stark debating in Congress about the issue, and Spider Man shows up to plead the case against super hero registration. I've always thought his speech was really moving, about how heroes like him take cases that the government would turn a blind eye to, how they help people who politicians don't care about, and how heroes like him are the only people willing to stand up for society's most helpless members. What comes after he speaks is really good too, really selling the Civil War as a complex issue where the answers are not easy to find.
Soon after, when the event began, my favorite part was probably when Iron Man and Captain America secretly met in the ruins of the Avenger mansion to argue their motivations for taking different sides. Such a great issue that showed how the bonds of friendship were broken by different ideas of what was right.

Not a sad emotion, but definitely impactful. In Watchmen, at the end. {Spoiler}"'Do it?' Dan, I'm not a Republic serial villain. Do you seriously think I'd reveal my masterstroke to you if you had even the slightest chance of affecting its outcome? I did it thirty-five minutes ago."" PUNCH. TO. THE. STOMACH. Then in the next chapter, the silence for a few pages as we see the result. Simply brilliant. Also just read V for Vendetta for the first time. Valerie's letter is heartbreaking.

One story I highly recommend is "The Boy Who Collected Spider-Man".

One that brought tears to my eyes is the heroes fighting and dying against Dynaman.
Also, the ending of whichever Flash book was narrated by Iris, telling everyone about Barry's death, and what to expect in the future.
Finally, the Justice Society returns, because it meant that the Justice Society was returning. I am vowing to read no DC going forward, until they return the JSA to publication. Resting the concept... I'd like to rest my foot in Dan Didio's a**, but if I did that, he wouldn't be able to say anything in apology.

Several parts of The Walking Dead have had me on the verge, and one part actually did make me tear up.

I didn't think it was worth the hype until that moment, but that was when it converted me.

Amazing Spider-Man Vol.2 #36, with the cover date of December 2001. Ditto. That's the one that immediately came to mind. Spidey holding that kid back. Its as ingrained into my memory as Superman's tattered cape flapping in the wind, or Batman holding a dead Robin.

What about the moment in All Star Superman #10 when Superman takes time out of his final days to save a girl from committing suicide and tells what he really thinks of humans.

X-Factor, when we discover the truth about Siryn's baby Ooooooo good one, that gave me a weird sick feeling. My saddest one was when Colossus died curing the Legacy Virus.

Amazing Spider-Man Vol.2 #36, with the cover date of December 2001. I was curious so I just did a little look up on this. Did they really have Dr. Doom crying? While I understand what they were going for, and from what everyone seems to be saying it was a very respectful and touching issue, but that just seems so out of character it just seems hokey and actually lessens the credibility.
